From this date, July 1, 2000 and forward, I will proudly fly these flags in honor of our ancestors who fought honorably. I am proud of my Southern Heritage! The flag is a symbol of what WE make it, WE choose whether or not to see it as a symbol of history and heritage, or of hate. It is my choice to go with history.

God Bless the good people of Mississippi who, unlike the politicians in South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida; would not allow themselves to be blackmailed into submission by the NAACP. Education and respect for what came before is the most important thing-not unlike the Civil War-it doesn't matter which side you are on. The past is ours, both good and bad, and we need to remember.
South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Texas!
Vote those jellyfish out of office! They should be ashamed of themselves. Makes me wonder if the flags would still be flying in those states if the people had decided there.
It is with great sadness that I add yet another flag to this page.
As always, I am Proud of my Southern Heritage!
Thank you to The Lady Rebel
